Detailed Product Description

• X, Y, Z axis are all updated with ball screws, including two screw nuts, plane bearing and couplers. All these will provide very high localization accuracy. It has three 23 high speed stepper motor for X, Y , Z axis .

• The 23 stepper motor are smartly installed in the top of the machine, it has the direct link to the Z ball screw with a coupler. This installation has better accuracy than other conversion plans. Whats more, it will not take extra room to influence the installation of the back shell.

• All the stepper mounts, ball screw mounts are made of steel, by wire cut machines. So they have good size precision and best rigidity than other plans which using aluminum materials.

• The X, Y axis steppers, we made shells to protect them from fritters. Of course, the Z axis stepper also need a shell, it is completely hide in a big shell which we make it in machining centre.

• Photocouplers are installed in every axis as the limit/origin check switch. They have very good accuracy to set up a machine coordinate system just like real industrial machines.

• For the NC system power supply, we have one 500W switch powers to supply the three stepper motors. that is enough to supply them .
• For the NC control system, we use a alone control box to control the X2 and it is quite easy to install and mobile and it including CNC interface board, three stepper drivers, provide quite all-around functions such as STEPPER FREE, EMERGENCY STOP, LIMIT/TOOL ADJUST SENSORS, SPINDLE CONTROL, HALF DRIVE CURRENT, OVER-THERMAL PROTECTION, etc. About its performance, it provides subdivisions up to 100, the performance even near to a servo system. We recommend you use the system with upper software such as MACH (we think the best), KCAM4.

• To strengthen the heat sink of the electronics in the control box, we add a 12CM fan on the control box  to cool them. So you dont need to wary about the stability when summer.

• All exposed wires are covered by plastic corrugated pipes to make the machine looks cool. A switch is set to the position where the Z axis hand wheel has been. You can use it as coolant switch or FREE, or EMERGENCY STOP.
• Because of we use a alone control box that will make you easy to use and move and when you don`t want to  use X2 ,just apart the wire .because the control box is alone , you use it to control else machine .so it is quite good .
